The Power of the Holy Names

In the SB 12.3.51 it's stated that just by chanting the Hare Krsna maha-mantra, one can become so pure that he becomes free from all the contamination of the material world and goes back home, back to Godhead.

"The Holy names of Krsna are transcendentaly blissful. It bestows all spiritual benedictions, for it's Krsna Himself, the reservoir of all pleasure. Krsna's name is complete and it is the form of all transcendental mellows. It's not a material name under any condition, and it is no less powerful than Krsna Himself. Since Krsna's name is not contaminated by any material qualities, there is no question of it being involved with maya. Krsna's name is always liberated and spiritual, it's never conditionated by the laws of material nature. This is because the name of Krsna and Krsna Himself are identical." Padma Purana

Lord Nityananda just ask us to do one thing - chant the Holy names, because inside these 16 words we have everything....the key to our successful spiritual life.
